This is one of our most frequently asked questions.

Our garden rooms are built to a maximum height of 2.5mtrs with in internal floor size of up to 30mtrs squared. This means that planning permission is not usually required.

All our garden rooms include foundations. We use either a concrete pile system with zinc plated steel supports, or a support pad foundation system (full specifications here).

We install the foundation system that best suits the ground conditions with each build. 

We offer our standard range as well as a bespoke build option. You choose the size of the room, the choice of doors & windows and type of external cladding. You can also have extra electrical sockets & lights a decking area and lots more.

Our UPVC double glazed windows and doors are low E glass and include insurance approved locks.
Available in Grey Anthracite, Black or White frames as standard. We can also supply aluminium framed windows & bi fold doors upon request

Design, delivery & full installation are included in the price of your garden room.

Electrics are included. We supply the armoured cable connection to your main electrical supply.
We also include sockets & switches, down lights and provide a full electrical certificate.

If you are using your garden room as a gym then we can reinforce the floor during the build. This ensures it will safely support the weight of any heavy gym equipment.

Our garden rooms include as standard 75mm thick floor & roof insulation with 100mm wall insulation.
This reduces heat loss from the inside & also reduces heat penetration during the warmer months of the year.

It will normally take between 15 to 20 working days to build & install our garden rooms dependent on the size.

We collect £250 deposit when you place the order then 50% of the balance before the start date. The outstanding amount is due upon completion.
Electrical Certificates and full receipt for payment are issued after this final payment.

Flexible finance is also available for the full cost of your garden room.

We provide a ten year guarantee on all windows, doors, roof covering & build structure. This includes external cladding & all internal fixtures & fittings.
